Cancellation Policy

 

At Shree Saranga, we aim to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

●      Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier

●      Once the order has been shipped or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled

How to Cancel an Order

Send us an email with the below details :

●      Email us at support@shreesaranga.com with:

○      Order Number

○      Reason for cancellation

Our team will review and confirm your request if it meets the eligibility criteria.

●      Under exceptional situations, customer can refuse to take delivery from the delivery partner.

 

Refund for Cancelled Orders

●      Once we receive the product in the same condition, we will approve your cancellation request.

○      The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days upon our approval.

○      The amount will be credited to your original payment method

Prepaid Orders

●      Full refund will be issued for successfully cancelled prepaid orders

 

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

●      COD orders can be cancelled within with in 12 hours of placing the order (or) actual shipping, whichever is earlier. 

●      Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction of COD service for future orders

Important Notes

●      Orders placed during sale or promotional periods may not be eligible for cancellation

●      Once an order is processed for shipping, cancellation requests will not be accepted

●      In case of incorrect address or contact details, please inform us immediately to avoid dispatch issues
